Local Evaluation Strategies

Evaluation like any service needs to have a sense of what the outputs and outcomes of the activity are likely to be. Many SSLP work hard to develop a strategy that incorporates the background to the evaluation, the areas that the evaluation will cover and a timeline indicating the progress milestones for the service. Strategies will also detail the requirement for reports and the frequency with which they will be produced.
