Current Progress

In July 2009 we completed the 5 year interviews with 7334 families. All of the information collected is currently being carefully prepared for analysis. The research reports will be written and submitted to the government before they can be shared. We anticipate being able to publish the findings from the 5 year follow-up in 2010.

In addition, we are now collecting information from families with 7 year olds (or children who are about to turn 7). By March 2010 we will be halfway through collecting the 7 year data. Our goal is to interview nearly 5,000 families with 7 year olds.
